Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on the destination country, weight, volume and characteristics of the order.
During the checkout process, you will be able to see the exact shipping cost before making payment.
For international shipments, we have grouped countries into different zones:
Europe — Zone 1
Germany, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.

Europe — Zone 2
Poland, Slovakia and Slovenia.
- Standard shipping: from €24
- Free shipping on orders over €220
Europe — Zone 3
Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania and Sweden.
- Standard shipping: from €32
- Free shipping on orders over €240
Europe — Zone 4
Greece and Hungary.
- Standard shipping: from €47
- Free shipping on orders over €250
Europe — Countries outside the European Union
United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway.
- Standard shipping: from €32

The final shipping cost may vary depending on the weight and volume of the order. The exact amount will be shown during checkout before the order is completed.
Processing and delivery times
Orders are usually prepared within 24–48 business hours following order confirmation and payment validation.
For payments made by bank transfer, the processing period will begin once payment has been confirmed.
No shipments or deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
If any of the products ordered are unavailable, we will contact you by email or telephone to inform you of the estimated availability date or possible alternatives.
Once prepared, the order will be shipped to the address provided during the checkout process.
Transit times
Once the order has left our premises, the usual transit times are:
- Europe — Zone 1: 5–8 business days
- Europe — Zone 2: 5–8 business days
- Europe — Zone 3: 7–10 business days
- Europe — Zone 4: 7–10 business days
- United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway: 7–10 business days, excluding possible delays caused by customs procedures
These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the country, the specific delivery location and the carrier.
Customs, taxes and import charges
Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union — currently the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway — may be subject to VAT or local taxes, customs duties, import duties, customs clearance fees or other charges imposed by the authorities in the destination country.
These potential charges are not included in the price of the products or in the shipping costs charged by tQel, unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout.
The recipient will be responsible for paying any taxes, customs duties or other charges arising from the importation of the order.
Customs procedures and inspections depend on the authorities in the destination country and may result in additional delays beyond the usual transit times.
Order delivery
The order will be shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout.
Delivery will be considered completed when the carrier records the order as delivered to the specified address.
Once the goods have been delivered, they will be under the responsibility of the recipient.
High-demand periods
During periods of high demand such as Black Friday, sales, summer or Christmas, both our processing times and the carriers’ delivery times may be extended.
During these periods, we cannot guarantee the usual delivery times.
