Jack Russell

Originally from England, used in fox hunting, the current breed was developed in Australia by Reverend John Russell. It is a very active, competent, agile, and friendly dog. Its courageous spirit and contagious enthusiasm are impressive.

The hair can be smooth, harsh, or semi-harsh.
