Once you have registered or logged in, you will be able to see the shipping costs calculated in the shopping cart, as they depend on the amount, volume, weight and number of products you purchase.

Delivery times

Orders are usually processed within 24-48 business hours following confirmation and payment method validation. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

If the product is not in stock, the buyer will be informed of the estimated delivery time by email or phone.

After payment confirmation, the order will be processed. Delivery will be made to the address you have provided, within the following delivery times:

- Peninsula: express 24-48 hours, standard 3-5 days, from when it leaves our facilities

- Balearic Islands: 3-5 business days, standard 7-10 days, from when it leaves our facilities

- Portugal: express 3-5 business days, standard 7-10 days, from when it leaves our facilities

Delivery will be considered complete at the moment indicated on the delivery note. The order will be delivered to the shipping address indicated in the order. Once the merchandise has been delivered, it is the BUYER's responsibility.
