You can complete your purchase at tqelbrand.com in the following countries
- Europe EU: EU countries
- Europe no EU: Switzerland, UK, Norwegian
- North America: Canada and USA
- Australia, Sud-Korea, Japan
If you would like to proceed with an order for other countries, please get in touch with hello@tqelbrand.com along with your order list as well as your address detail and phone number. Our team will then get back to you with your estimated shipping costs and the feasibility for sending you the order
For shipping to non-EU countries such as Switzerland, the UK, etc., possible fees such as customs clearance, import duties and other costs at your country's borders may incur. We are legally obligated to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice should they require it. Customs and import procedures are beyond the control of tQel and is therefore NOT responsible for any possible additional costs or delays. All our international customers are responsible for customs and import duty fees in their own country.
Delivery Method
Your order will be prepared within a 24-48 hours lapse, after receiving in your mail a confirmation on the details of your order and once the payment has been verified. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays or Sundays or on bank holidays in each particular region or country.
In case your purchase is paid with a bank transfer, this period will run once the payment is confirmed.
Our products are transported by a Courier service within a maximum of
- Europe EU: 7-10 business days after leaving our premises
- Europe no EU: 7-10 business days after leaving our premises
- USA, Canada 10-15 business days after leaving our premises
- Australia, Sud-Korea, Japan: 15-20 business days after leaving our premises
If the actual product is out of stock, you will receive a notification of the estimated delivery date, via ordinary mail or phone call.
Your package will be sent at the indicated delivery address on your shipping order.
Shipping Costs: carriage charges will be summarized once the purchase order is confirmed, depending on the products features.
On peak dates like Black Friday, Christmas, and during the sales, delivery may take longer. The usual delivery times cannot be guaranteed

Standard price for 1-5 Kg volumetric weight (1-3 clothing products):
- Europe EU: 15 €
- Europe no EU: 20 €
- USA, Canada 20-30 €
- Australia, Sud-Korea, Japan: 30-65 €
